Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used collectible items — including video games, consoles, and merchandise — are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective upon receipt.
- Trade-in items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
