Program Overview

The Good Retro Games (GG) Loyalty Program rewards our valued customers for shopping with us, trading in games, and participating in community events. Earn points with every purchase and redeem them for discounts, exclusive merchandise, and special access.

How to Join

• Sign up in-store or online with your name, email, and phone number.
• Membership is free and open to everyone.

Earning Points

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise and games.
• Earn 5 points for every trade-in accepted.
• Earn 10 points for attending special in-store events or tournaments.
• Points are credited to your account within 24 hours of qualifying activity.

Redeeming Points

• 100 points = $5 off your next purchase.
• 250 points = Exclusive GG merchandise (e.g., pins, shirts).
• 500 points = VIP event access or limited edition collectibles.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

Additional Benefits

• Early access to new releases and special sales.
• Birthday reward: 50 bonus points during your birthday month.
• Exclusive members-only newsletters with upcoming events and promotions.

Program Terms

• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• GG reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time with prior notice.
• Lost or stolen accounts must be reported immediately; GG is not responsible for unauthorized use.
• Abuse of the program, such as fraudulent transactions, may result in account termination.

• Ask in-store at checkout.
• Check your points balance via the GG website or app (coming soon).
